Marbel Bet Using the platform means you fully agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please read the entire document carefully before using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions Marbel Bet and its members. By registering on the platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.

Marbel BetTo open an account, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each individual is permitted to open one account only.
• A mobile number may only be used with one account.
• Each banking account (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket) may only be linked to one Marbel Bet account.

After registration Marbel Bet KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required. This process may require a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Marbel Betaccepts the following payment methods for deposits: Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
• Maximum deposit amount: per day ৳5,00,000
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• If a deposit fails, the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are only permitted to the mobile banking number registered to the account.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal: per day ৳2,00,000
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes
• A maximum of 5 withdrawal requests can be submitted per day.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

To withdraw from a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering conditions are fulfilled.

Marbel BetThe following rules apply when betting on -:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event itself is cancelled.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error Marbel Bet reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a bet fails to place during live betting due to an internet disconnection Marbel Bet will not be held liable.
• Placing bets on the same match from multiple accounts (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.

Marbel BetAll bonuses and promotional offers from - are provided subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the bonus page.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Using the same promotion across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Expired bonus codes (vouchers) can no longer be used.
• Marbel Bet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program.

Marbel Bet- The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's details.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Participating in syndicate betting or match fixing.
• Attempting to defraud other members.

Marbel Bet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Involvement in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.

You may also request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before doing so.

Marbel Bet shall not be held responsible for the following:

• If a bet fails due to loss of internet connection.
• If loss occurs due to a problem with your device or software.
• If a delay occurs due to a third-party service failure (mobile banking).
• If loss occurs as a result of sharing your account login details with another person.
• If service is disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Marbel Bet Every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons, and advance notice will be provided.

Marbel Bet These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified 7 days in advance via SMS or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
